Precision Pest Solutions provides residential and commercial pest management and prevention services. Our treatments are formulated using industry-standard, safe, and professional products. While our treatments are highly effective, final results are dependent upon environmental conditions, regular sanitation, and the proper maintenance of the premises.

2. Scheduling & Access Requirements

Clients are required to provide safe, unobstructed access to the designated areas of the property at the scheduled service time. Locked gates, aggressive pets, or hazards that restrict access may result in rescheduling and associated trip fees. If you need to cancel or alter an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice.

3. Environmental & Safety Precautions

Your safety is our priority. Precision Pest Solutions applies all treatments in strict compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory guidelines. Clients must adhere to specific instructions issued by technicians prior to or during treatment, including vacating the property for specified windows and keeping children or domestic animals away from treated surfaces until dry.

4. Limitations of Liability

Precision Pest Solutions is not liable for structural damage, landscape damage, or personal property degradation that occurred prior to our treatment program. Furthermore, complete eradication cannot be guaranteed on properties experiencing severe, unaddressed structural weaknesses or hygiene conditions that actively facilitate ongoing pest infestations.
